Privacy Policy

aimedia ("aimedia", "we", "us") is an omnichannel messaging and automation platform operated by AI MEDIA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact: [email protected].
Information we collect
Account data: your name, email, and workspace settings when you register.
Connected channel data: when you explicitly connect a channel (e.g. Instagram), with your authorization we access the data needed to provide the service — your profile, messages, and comments — through the official Meta / Instagram APIs. We only request the permissions required to operate the shared inbox and automations.
Contacts & conversations: people who message your connected accounts, and the content of those conversations, so we can display them in your inbox and run your automations.
How we use information
To operate the product: deliver incoming messages to your inbox, send replies you (or your automations) initiate, manage contacts, and provide analytics. We do not sell your data or use message content for advertising.
How information is shared
With the platforms you connect (e.g. Meta / Instagram) to deliver and receive messages; and with infrastructure providers that host the service (our self-hosted Supabase / Postgres database). Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest.
Data retention & deletion
You can disconnect any channel at any time, which deletes its stored access token. You may request deletion of your data or account — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Security
We use encryption for credentials at rest, row-level security on all tenant data, signed webhooks, and least-privilege access controls.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
