Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data aimedia holds about you or your connected accounts at any time, using any of the methods below.

1. Disconnect a channel

In Settings → Channels, open the channel (e.g. Instagram) and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access token for that channel.

2. Delete your account

In Settings → General → Delete Account, you can remove your account. This deletes your profile, workspace, connected channels, contacts, conversations, and messages.

3. Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request". We will process the request and confirm once your data has been removed (typically within 30 days).

What gets deleted

Your account and profile, encrypted channel access tokens, contacts, conversations, and message history associated with your workspace.
